On October 26, Amorepacific Group’s luxury beauty brand HERA held a successful launching event for its 2018 Holiday Collection in Singapore in collaboration with the Singapore Tourism Board.
Fashion brand BLINDNESS that also collaborated in HERA’s 2018 Holiday Collection came to this launching event held at the National Gallery Singapore, the largest modern Southeast Asian art gallery. With the theme of PLAY WITH THE QUINGS (Queen + King), which is the concept of this holiday collection in collaboration with Singapore Tourism Board and BLINDNESS, HERA deconstructed gender boundaries and brought harmony onto the stage through its fashion show.
The fashion show featured BLINDNESS’s unique line of clothing combined with modern makeup looks using HERA products together with a special colorful zone decorated with illustrations of the Holiday Collection designs for visitors to experience HERA’s new products.
HERA also presented a limited edition Holiday Collection eco-friendly canvas bag and gift box in collaboration with the Singapore Tourism Board and BLINDNESS to customers and all visitors at the event. Designed by BLINDNESS and inspired from the contrasting beauty of Singapore, the two limited edition promotional items, an eco-friendly canvas bag and gift box, are the collaborative works of HERA and the Singapore Tourism Board celebrating the opening of HERA’s first Southeast Asian flagship store in Singapore in May.
These will also be available in HERA stores in major Korean department stores from November.
“Through this special event in celebration of the launch of the Holiday Collection in Singapore, HERA representing Korean beauty in the global market as a makeup brand, was able to take one step closer to the local customers. We will continue to host many events and programs to showcase the beauty of Seoulista and HERA to local customers and tourists coming to Singapore,” said an Amorepacific HERA official.

BLINDNESS is the fashion label of Shin Kyu-yong and Park Ji-sun, a designer duo emerging in the global fashion scene with the brand concept of recreating images that come to mind when the eyes are closed. Their unique genderless collection made them the best designers of HERA Seoul Fashion Week S/S 2018. Their work is now taking center stage in the global fashion market.
